Welcome to Whispers of Wisdom Clothing. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website www.whispersofwisdomclothing.com and all orders and business transactions. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be 18+ to purchase or have parental consent.
Scope & Eligibility
These Terms apply to both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales to individual customers and Business-to-Business (B2B) sales to resellers and business partners. You must be legally capable of entering binding contracts. Business buyers must provide accurate company details, and we reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale accounts.
Products & Ordering
We ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing, though colors may vary due to screen settings. All prices are in USD and subject to change. Orders are subject to acceptance and we reserve rights to cancel for pricing errors or stock issues. Additional taxes and shipping apply.
Payment & Delivery
For Consumers (B2C): Full payment required at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets.
For Business Buyers (B2B): Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or Value (MOV) may apply. Invoices must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery times vary by location. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier. International orders subject to customs duties.
Returns & Refunds
For Consumers (B2C): 14-day return policy from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags. Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless defective.
For Business Buyers (B2B): Returns only accepted for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns not accepted.
Refunds processed after inspection within 10 business days to original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, images, logos, and content are owned by Whispers of Wisdom Clothing and protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution requires written authorization. Wholesale buyers have limited rights to resell products but may not alter, rebrand, or misrepresent them.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes; misrepresent your identity or business details; or interfere with site functionality or security. Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account information.
Warranties & Liability
Products are provided "as is" with warranties as required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
Governing Law & Modifications
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Beirut, Lebanon. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
